Warranty
Drop Protection products are guaranteed for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. This guarantee is only valid against defects in material and workmanship. If a product is found to be defective during the first twelve (12) months of use due to a manufacturing failure, Drop Protection will repair or replace the product at our discretion.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or mortification to the products. It becomes invalid if the product is deemed to have been used in a different way than its intended purpose.
Faulty Goods
All products are checked thoroughly before packing and prior to dispatch, to ensure they are neither damaged nor faulty. Damage can sometimes occur in transit although every precaution is taken to ensure that products are packed and breakable products clearly marked to avoid this. Any package which arrives, damaged will be followed-up with the carrier as a result of poor or inadequate handling in transit. Should you receive your package in a damaged state it is essential that you contact us within 14 days. We will then make arrangements with you to return the goods for either replacement or full refund.
